Hey @Uber@UberSoc someone took my scheduled Uber this morning and neither rider nor driver confirmed they were right. I cancelled when they were halfway to the airport and now I have to pay a cancellation fee. Why do you make it IMPOSSIBLE to challenge or dispute this charge?
