Following up on Nori's reporting, it looks like Meta's plan is to completely remove mobile experiences from the current Horizon app and move them over to the new Horizon Create app.
The current app will then be focused on the VR Store.
Meta appears to be working on a standalone app for “remixing” Horizon Engine worlds, letting users personalize existing worlds or create entirely new ones from scratch simply by prompting an AI.
