Synara — AI-powered coding assistant interface

Use what you already pay for.

Synara speaks every major harness. Plug in Claude, Codex, Gemini, OpenCode, Cursor, or Grok with the account you already use. No new bills, no walled gardens.

Claude Code
Opus 4.8

Opus 4.8, Sonnet 4.6, Haiku — whatever's on your Anthropic plan.

Codex
GPT-5.5

GPT-5.5, GPT-5.4 Thinking, GPT-5.3 Codex — whatever your ChatGPT plan unlocks.

Gemini
3.1 Pro

3.1 Pro and 3.1 Flash, on your Google AI Pro / Ultra subscription.

OpenCode
Zen + Go

Open-source terminal agent on your OpenCode Zen or OpenCode Go subscription.

Cursor
Composer 2.5

Composer 2.5, GPT, and Claude — all on your Cursor subscription.

Grok
CLI

Run Grok from the same Synara workspace.

Kilo Code
500+ models

Open-source agent across VS Code, JetBrains, and CLI — 500+ models on your own keys.

Pi
Available

Bring your Pi assistant into Synara.

The details that make you faster.

Every surface is tuned for flow. Inline diffs, instant worktrees, and a one-click PR the moment your agent finishes.

One-click PRs

Ship the moment your agent lands a green diff. Synara opens, titles, and files the PR for you.

Synara git actions — commit, pull, push, create PR, and create branch in one click

Worktree-native

Spin up isolated branches without ever opening a terminal. Build three things in parallel without stomping on yourself.

Synara worktree sessions — a separate branch per agent, each on its own worktree

Work across projects at the same time.

Juggle client work, your product, and experiments without a dozen windows. One sidebar keeps every codebase a click away—each with its own agents, runs, and state.

Synara projects sidebar — synara, Remodex, and dpcode-website each with their own threads

Split chats. Parallel work.

Open a lane per agent or task and keep both threads running at once—same window, no tab shuffle, no lost context.

Synara split view — two agent threads running in parallel in the same window

Swap models mid-thread.

Stuck on a tough bug? Pass it to another model. Full context travels with it.

Synara hand-off menu — pass a thread to Claude, Cursor, Gemini, Grok, OpenCode, or Pi mid-conversation

Every process, in sight.

Dev server, test watcher, log tail. Stop alt-tabbing away from the thing that just broke.

Synara terminals — Terminal 1, 2, and 3 tabs with Claude Code running in the project directory

Docs and previews, one pane over.

Check what an API returns, watch a preview reload, scan the docs. No context switch.

Synara built-in browser — docs and a live preview one pane over from the agent thread

Privacy

Your data stays yours.

A great tool shouldn't cost you a reason to trust it. Synara runs on your machine and connects straight to the AI you already pay for — here's exactly what that means for your data.

Local-first

Your chats, projects, and history live in a database on your own machine. There's no Synara cloud holding your work.

Your code, your providers

Synara talks directly to the AI services you already pay for, with your own logins. Prompts and code go only to the provider you pick — never through us.

No account, no lock-in

Nothing to sign up for. Remote access from your phone is self-hosted over your own network, behind a token you control.

Analytics off by default

Optional, anonymous usage stats — which features get used, OS, app version — never your code or prompts, and off unless you turn them on.

Second opinion

Still deciding if Synara fits?

Ask the AI assistant you already trust. Each link opens a fresh prompt with the Synara site included, so the answer starts from the right context.

Synara — a coding GUI whose interface closely resembles Codex. I tried it and it really is a lot like Codex, so there's no learning curve at all. A common setup in the Chinese dev community is pairing it with Deepseek; it supports 8 popular coding agents like Pi, Claude Code, and OpenCode. I tested it with Pi + Deepseek and it works great — there's even a kanban board mode.

It'd been a while since I used DPCode so decided to give the updated @trySynara a go. Gotta say... WOW. @emanueledpt knocked it out of the park with this. Love being able to use Codex, Claude, Cursor, and OpenCode all within the same GUI.

Really disappointed with the speed of GPT-5.4-Mini in Codex when building swift code. Switched to Synara and Composer 2.5 and it's literally flying!! Thank you! @emanueledpt

I’ve been using @trySynara (by @emanueledpt) for a few hours now. I’m really impressed. I’d already tried T3 Chat, Orca, and Terax, but none of them managed to grab my attention quite like Synara did.

@emanueledpt @orca_build @trySynara's way of working with agents is exactly what I need. Of course, the design is also much better than AionUI. I knew about Synara before, but now I can finally use it since it has a Linux version. Thanks!!
