Identify the risk - conduct a thorough threat analysis, identify the system vulnerabilities, evaluate the security posture, and collaborate with different departments to prioritize the risk identified 2. Prioritize & mitigate the risk. Have risk mitigation plans and communicate with stakeholders. 3. Continous monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of the controls 4. develop security awareness training, and have drills. Ensure that the organization's security posture aligns with recognized frameworks and guidelines.

What are the biggest mistakes to avoid when selecting sales channels?
Selecting the right channel is crucial if you want to reach out to your target client pool. First and foremost is not conducting your research. you should understand your target audience, analyze the competitive landscape, and keep a tap on market trends and changes. secondly don't choose too many channels at once. it may lead to diluting the brand message, increasing your cost and resource allocation. Track the performance of each sales channel to see what works best for you. Most importantly, No matter which channels you choose, remember that excellent customer service is always essential for success.
