  • Amazing. Alice Braham didn’t just run a marathon — she rewrote the rulebook on what’s possible after 50. That’s not just a runner’s mindset. That’s the essence of the #BeyondAgeExcellence — and exactly what sHero has been championing since 2019 through our 50+ program and the Beyond Age Excellence Award. Age is not a limit. It’s an accelerator. Congratulations, Alice. You are a true sHero. 👏 #LondonMarathon #WomenOver50 #Ageless #sHeroInternational

“Don’t let age define you.” 👏 Alice Braham delivered a standout performance at the 2026 London Marathon, becoming the fastest British woman over 50 with a time of 2:36:25 and setting a new national benchmark for her age group. She surpassed the previous best by nearly nine minutes and was the ninth woman overall to cross the finish line. The result marks a defining moment in a career built on consistency and passion. Braham has spoken openly about her journey with age, once questioning what turning 50 might mean. “I’m the same, only stronger, wiser and more confident in my abilities,” she said.

  • "90% of success is survival." This episode of Managing Asia stayed with me. Ho Kwon Ping and Claire Chiang share the fear, uncertainty, and sacrifice behind Banyan Group’s survival — including the moment their children saw him cry for the first time. Leadership is not about hiding vulnerability. It’s about carrying responsibility while staying human. Thank you, Christine Tan and CNBC, for this powerful conversation. “90% of success is survival.” When the pandemic hit, Banyan Group’s founders say there was a moment they thought the business wouldn’t survive. Ho Kwon Ping and Claire Chiang had weathered setbacks before. But this, they say, was different. For the first time, Ho Kwon Ping’s children saw him cry. “I felt so ashamed,” he told CNBC’s Christine Tan. In the latest episode of “Managing Asia,” the couple reflects on the fear, uncertainty and sacrifices behind Banyan’s survival. 📺️Watch more: cnb.cx/3QIWIV1

  • This is the moment we’ve been building toward. $30 trillion moving into women’s hands isn’t just a wealth transfer — it’s a power shift. As Ida Liu of HSBC Private Bank so clearly articulated at Milken, the way the world invests is being rethought in real time. When women control more capital, capital flows differently. Toward long-term value. Toward sustainability. Toward inclusion — not as an add-on, but as a default. At sHero International, we believe this is also a leadership shift. More women at the table means different questions are asked, different risks are surfaced, and different futures become possible. Hopeful doesn’t begin to cover it. This is the beginning of a redesign. #WealthTransfer #WomenInLeadership #IdaLiu #MilkenInstitute #sHeroInternational

#FQLeaders ✨ The largest wealth transfer in history is already underway, and $30 trillion of it is heading to women. Ida Liu, CEO of HSBC Private Bank, made it clear at this year’s Milken Institute Global Conference that of the $100 trillion passing from one generation to the next, $30 trillion is going to women, and that has massive implications for how the world invests. As millennials step into their financial power and women take an ever-larger seat at the table, she’s watching an entire asset class rethink itself in real time, and she couldn’t be more hopeful about where it’s headed. Neither could we.

  • 🎬 #TheDevilWearsPrada2 Congratulations to @Anne Hathaway — and thank you to UN Women for reminding us that equality is still a movement, not a milestone. The original film gave us an unforgettable narrative about ambition, power, and the unseen labour of women. Today, the conversation has evolved — but the underlying question remains: are we redesigning the systems that shape women’s careers, or just asking them to dress differently? Let’s keep pushing. Not just for representation on screen — but for equal say, equal pay, and equal power in every room that matters. #ForAllWomenAndGirls #AnneHathaway #UNWomen #sHeroInternational #EqualLeadership

  • What a pace — and what a purpose. 👏 The numbers are stubborn, but so are we. 30 women CEOs in the FTSE 100 by 2030 shouldn’t feel audacious. It should feel overdue. At sHero, we’ve been following the 30% Club journey since 2016 — back then, we interviewed former chair Ann Cairns and hosted forum dialogues on gender balance in leadership. The conversation has evolved, but the gap remains. Now, through sHero International in Singapore, we are doubling down on allyship, system redesign, and responsible dialogue — because the pipeline is not the problem. Permission is. Keep going. The Easter breather is well deserved. Then back to it. Better balance is better business. #30PercentClubUK #30x30 #GenderBalance #WomenInLeadership #sHeroInternational #SystemChange

2026 so far has been a whirlwind. Press Panels Podcasts Conferences Speaker invites Executive dinners Chairs Roundtables Social media campaigns International Women's Day celebrations And many, many, many conversations. All to keep gender balance firmly on the agenda – and zero in on the lack of women CEOs in the FTSE 100. 30 x 30 – 30 women in FTSE 100 CEO roles by 2030... this shouldn't be an audacious target. But right now, it is – and that has to change. Better balance = better business. Hold tight for more as 2026 progresses (but for now, a quick breather over Easter)! #30PercentClubUK #30x30 #GenderBalance #WomenInLeadership #PathToParity

  • A woman’s place is everywhere — and increasingly, she is designing the systems that shape those places. At sHero International, we don’t just believe in a seat at the table. We believe in building new tables — where leadership, work, and belonging are reimagined by women, for all. From the lab to the boardroom to peacekeeping missions: when women lead, systems change. #ByWomenForAll #sHeroInternational #WomensPlaceIsEverywhere

  • Insightful and actionable. This is exactly the kind of evidence‑based, scalable solution the region needs.Cheryl Goh At sHero International (Singapore), we’ve long believed that flexibility isn’t a perk — it’s a structural enabler for women’s economic participation. The 40.7 million potential women highlighted in this report represent not just untapped labor, but unrealized leadership, innovation, and multiplier effects for families and communities. Safety + flexibility + community = sustainable inclusion. Kudos to Grab, UNGC Network Singapore, and Kantar for putting numbers behind what many of us have seen on the ground. Let’s keep building ecosystems where women don’t have to choose between care and career. #WomenInTheDriversSeat #FlexibilityWorks #sHeroInternational #InclusiveWorkplaces #PlatformEconomy

Today, we launched the “Women in the Driver’s Seat” report alongside UNGC Network Singapore and Kantar. The study puts clear numbers behind what many of us see on the ground: when women get the work flexibility they need, they are able to unlock opportunities for their families and wider communities. Their economic participation also helps strengthen our ecosystem by addressing supply gaps, improving service reliability, and offering consumers wider choices. Key highlights from the report: The Opportunity: There are 40.7 million potential women in our region who want to work but need flexibility. Platform work converts "idle" hours into "earning" hours, and last year alone, our women driver-partners generated USD 0.8 billion in economic output. Safety as a Priority: Safety is the top concern for 75% of prospective women drivers. We’ve seen that dedicated safety features—from AudioProtect and Selfie Verification to the KartaDashcam and Women Passengers Preferred—are vital in enhancing their sense of security on the road. In fact, drivers using "Women Passengers Preferred" reported 42% fewer in-person safety incidents. Beyond the App: It’s not just about technology. Building confidence through experienced mentors, women-only driver communities, and specialized training via GrabAcademy has been essential in helping women overcome sociocultural barriers and skill gaps. Meeting Consumer Demand: We’ve also launched women-only verticals in Thailand and Malaysia, as there is growing demand from women consumers for these specialized services. It was a privilege to dive into these themes today with NTUC Assistant Secretary-General Wan Ling Yeo, Professor Lawrence Loh, AWARE Executive Director Shoon Lim, and UNGCNS Deputy Director Sue Meng CHAN Let’s move from identifying barriers to dismantling them at scale so women can bridge the gap between care and career. • Honored to Co-Create Another Meaningful IWD with Michaelpage 🌸 This International Women's Day, we came together—not just to celebrate, but to go deeper. Grateful to Yuki Chen for the invitation, and to Page for hosting yet another powerful gathering that felt less like an event and more like a power station for the soul ⚡ Three moments stayed with us: 💗 Liu Mingming, at 75, sharing her life of no limits. Listening to her speak, gently yet powerfully—it never gets old. She is proof that following your inner voice is a lifelong practice. A role model who embodies grace, courage, and the kind of vitality that age cannot touch. 🌟 Christine Liu , Founder of sHero, with 15 years of quiet, steady energy. Building inclusive workplaces. Advancing women's careers. Rejecting "female rivalry" while engaging men as allies. She reminded us of something simple yet profound: believe in the power of believing. 🥊 Steve and Cici, on women's aggressiveness as life force. Hearing about Inner Wild—the intersection of boxing and psychology—We felt something shift. It's about reclaiming agency. About creating environments where people can break through life's stuck points and reconnect with their aliveness. We also talked about age anxiety. With what it means to choose yourself. With the kind of soil we need to grow—at work, at home, in community. This IWD, we are reminded again: Empowering women is not a side project. It is how we empower organizations. It is how we empower societies. Thank you to everyone who showed up—with your stories, your questions, your presence. Let's keep walking together. Not just on March 8. Every day we choose action. Create impact. Change lives. #IWD2026 #ChooseAction #CreateImpact #ChangeLives #WomenInLeadership #InclusiveWorkplaces #sHero #MichaelPage #GivetoGain
