Based in Ho Chi Minh City, Andrew joined Anchanto in 2025 as Director of Partnerships, APAC, bringing with him a clear focus: building partnerships that help brands, retailers, and logistics providers scale their e-commerce operations more effectively across one of the world’s most dynamic regions. Ask Andrew to describe his journey at Anchanto in one word, and his answer is immediate: Dynamic. And it’s easy to understand why. In a region as diverse and fast-moving as APAC, no two conversations are ever the same. Every market brings its own opportunities, every partner brings a different perspective, and every initiative requires a balance of strategic thinking, local understanding, and the ability to move with purpose. For Andrew, that pace is exactly what makes the work energising. One of the initiatives he’s especially proud of has been co-hosting executive partner events across Southeast Asia bringing together Anchanto, enterprise brands, technology partners, and logistics leaders for open, experience-led conversations around the future of commerce. Since joining Anchanto, his perspective on partnerships has evolved significantly. What may once have been viewed primarily as relationship-building is now something far more structured and intentional. Today, Andrew sees partnerships as operating systems; built on enablement, alignment, accountability, and measurable outcomes. It’s a mindset that shapes how he works every day. He’s known for an ability to connect dots across markets, products, partners, and people turning high-level conversations into practical next steps that create momentum across regions. And that approach fits naturally within Anchanto’s culture. “We don’t wait for perfect answers. We test, learn quickly, and improve together.” says Andrew. Outside of work, Andrew brings the same discipline and long-term mindset to his personal life. A passionate long-distance runner, he sees endurance as more than fitness; it’s a practice in patience, consistency, and resilience. Whether he’s on the road, listening to business and technology podcasts, or spending quality time with family, he values routines that create balance and perspective. When asked what keeps him motivated, the answer is simple. “Seeing partners and customers succeed because of something we built together.” And for Andrew, that’s what working at Anchanto ultimately means.
