It will strengthen our European nearshore delivery network by establishing delivery centers in Tallinn and Tartu, Estonia, while enhancing our capabilities across AI-led product engineering, distributed systems and cloud-native technologies. Three days. Three rooms. Leaders from across industries stepping away from dashboards, delivery reviews and quarterly rhythms to confront a more fundamental question: What does leadership look like when the rules of business are being rewritten in real time? That was the backdrop for AI//X by Tuck, the invitation-only leadership accelerator hosted by Persistent at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. The conversations moved from AI and enterprise reinvention to something deeper: judgment under uncertainty, balancing scale with adaptability and how organizations evolve without losing the strengths that made them successful in the first place.
