Today we are seeing leading CSPs turn OSS/BSS transformation from a long-term ambition into concrete steps they are taking right now. This new perspective examined by Analysys Mason highlights how many CSPs are struggling to keep up with real-time digital interactions and 5G use cases such as network slicing and B2B2X. Data silos and limited visibility are still around, leading to slower reactions when something goes wrong. But there's a clear way forward: moving to cloud native OSS/BSS with a shared data layer and AI built into everyday operations. We’ve celebrated female talent shaping the future of technology in Málaga! 👏 Together with the Universidad de Málaga (UMA), we presented the awards for the Hilda Ericsson Contest of the Lamarr Chair Challenge 2025/2026 last Friday. This initiative, part of the Cátedra Lamarr Mujer y Tecnología, promotes female talent in #STEM and introduces young girls students to Generative Artificial Intelligence. Finalists developed real-world solutions based on GenAI to address social and sustainability challenges: from providing personalized academic guidance or promoting more sustainable tourism, to combating digital loneliness or reducing food waste. The impact of initiatives like this is already evident in UMA classrooms: 📈 The percentage of women in engineering and mathematics has grown from 24% to 27% since the 2020-2021 academic year. 📈 In degrees such as Telematics Engineering, the percentage of female students has doubled.
