Terms of Service
1. The Service
Savee is a closed community for designers. No ads, no noise. Built by designers, for designers, and supported by the community. Saves are the images and videos you collect. Accounts are personal. Teams are shared boards, comments, and a dedicated feed — not a separate kind of account. Related content is more like what you just saved: tags, context, and visual cues. Curation is taste, not an ads algorithm.2. Using Savee
a. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission. Accounts are personal and cannot be shared. You sign in with Google, Apple, or a magic link. Give us accurate information and keep it current. If we have closed your account for a violation, you may not open a new one without our written permission. You agree not to:- Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data or content from Savee without our prior written permission

a. What you post
You can save images and videos, make boards, and leave comments ("User Content"). You keep your rights in your User Content. You are responsible for it. It must follow these Terms and the Community Guidelines. You warrant that you have the rights to post what you post, and that it does not infringe someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights, unless a legal exception applies. We may remove, limit, or restrict content or accounts that break these Terms, our policies, or the law. We do not pre-screen everything. For how we enforce, see our Platform Enforcement Policy. You can appeal a decision you think was wrong by writing hey@savee.com.b. License to us
By posting User Content, you grant Savee a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, create derivatives of, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Service. This license does not entitle you to payment. We may remove or limit content that violates these Terms, the Community Guidelines, our Copyright Policy, our Trademark Policy, or other policies, or when we have another good reason to protect the product.c. After you leave
After you delete content or close your account, we may keep copies for a reasonable time for backup, audit, or legal reasons. Other people may still have copies of anything you previously shared.d. Feedback

Use the in-product tools, or write hey@savee.com, to report content that may break these Terms, our policies, or the law. Report in good faith.4. Intellectual property
a. Your and others' IP
Respect copyright and trademarks. See our Copyright Policy and Trademark Policy.b. Savee's IP
The Service and our name, marks, and design belong to Savee, Inc. Using Savee does not give you ownership of any of that. Unauthorized use can end your access.5. Security
Keep your login to yourself. Tell us right away if someone else gets into your account. We work to keep Savee secure, but we cannot promise that nothing will ever go wrong.6. Other sites
Saves and links may point off Savee. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for them. Visiting them is on you.7. Ending access
We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms. When we can, we will tell you and you can appeal at hey@savee.com. See our Platform Enforcement Policy. You can close your account at any time. After that, Sections 3, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13 still apply.8. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Savee, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents against claims, damages, and reasonable legal fees that come from: (a) your use of Savee; (b) your User Content; (c) your breach of these Terms or the law; or (d) your violation of someone else's rights.9. Disclaimers
To the extent the law allows, Savee is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We are not responsible for User Content. Savee may be interrupted, insecure, or wrong. We may change or stop parts of the Service. These limits apply to the fullest extent the law allows.
10. Liability
Unless the law forbids it, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, from using or not being able to use Savee, from other people's content, or from unauthorized access.
Our total liability for all claims is one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00), except where the law forbids that cap.
If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, we remain liable as your local law requires, including for death, personal injury, or damage caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
11. Disputes
[This section does not apply to EEA or UK consumers.]
Talk to us first
Before you file anything, email a Notice of Dispute to litigation@savee.com with your name, Savee profile, account email, country or state, a description of the dispute and the harm you claim, and your signature. We will respond within 60 days.
Arbitration or small claims
If we do not resolve it, either of us may take the dispute to binding individual arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules, or to small claims court if the case qualifies. The U.S. Federal Arbitration Act applies. You and we waive jury trials and class actions. These Terms control if they conflict with AAA rules. The arbitrator will issue a written decision. If 50 or more similar demands are filed within 60 days or by the same counsel, AAA may batch them before one arbitrator.
12. Governing law
EEA and UK consumers: your local law and courts apply.
Everyone else: California law governs these Terms. For disputes that are not arbitrated, venue is Los Angeles County, California, or the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
