Our team in Romania recently hosted students and professors from Partium Christian University and Obuda University for an immersive look into our operations. By guiding these students through strategic processes and advanced technological workflows on our production floor, we are actively bridging the gap between academic theory and industrial innovation. We believe that fostering these early connections is vital to cultivating the STEM talent pipeline and developing the future innovators who will drive our industry forward.

Today, we pause to honor and remember the brave individuals who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving in the United States military. Members of our Veterans Employee Resource Group (ERG) recently came together to observe #MemorialDay by volunteering at the Wisconsin Veterans Village. They spent time maintaining the facilities and grounds, giving back to those who served. Team members from our Guadalajara Design Center in Mexico turned a workday into a day of meaningful connection by celebrating Children’s Day at the Multiple Attention Center (Centros de Atención Múltiple). This specialized school provides comprehensive education and support to children and young adults with learning challenges. From soccer matches to karaoke, face painting and gifts, the center was filled with laughter and fun. Our team in Romania recently returned to Hospice Emanuel for a volunteer day, where they tended to and beautified the gardens for the patients. Beyond volunteering their time, the team also presented a donation made possible by two Team Member Impact Programs funded by the Plexus Community Foundation. Hospice Emanuel is a charitable organization in Oradea, Romania, dedicated to providing specialized palliative care to children and adults facing terminal illnesses. We are incredibly proud of our team for their continued dedication to making a meaningful difference in the lives of those in their local community.

With gratitude, we share that Patrick Jermain, MBA, Plexus Corp. Chief Financial Officer (CFO), announced his decision to retire on July 31, 2026. As part of this transition, David Abuhl will be appointed Sr. Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective May 11, 2026, while Pat serves as an Executive Advisor until his retirement date. “Pat’s leadership, high level of integrity and commitment to our success has been instrumental in our progression on our growth journey.
