The only breaking change here is that boolean inputs supplied with invalid values now result in a loud error instead of silently being treated as false (aws-actions/configure-aws-credentials#1445).
We don't use any boolean inputs to this action and even if we did, that loud error would give us clear feedback that this broke.
This is safe to merge.
