Description of changes: This commit supports supplying action inputs as environment variables in the form of
ENVIRONMENT_VARIABLEwhen the action input isenvironment-variable. If you wanted to setrole-to-assumewith an env var, you would setROLE_TO_ASSUMEin the environment.Closes #1335
