    Junte-se a nós em Lisboa para uma visita exclusiva da ULI Portugal à Fábrica 1921 + Garridas 1867, um projeto de reabilitação distinto, desenvolvido pela Teixeira Duarte e projetado pela Broadway Malyan, que combina património e design contemporâneo num contexto de uso misto. Localizado em Benfica, a visita irá focar-se no empreendimento Garridas, atualmente em construção, e depois no projeto Fábrica 1921, já concluído. Em conjunto, demonstram como edifícios históricos podem ser transformados num ambiente moderno e multifuncional, integrando usos de escritórios, retalho e habitação. A sessão irá abordar o conceito do projeto, incluindo a forma como os elementos originais foram preservados, os métodos de construção inovadores utilizados e a integração de práticas sustentáveis.     No passado dia 27 de março, os Young Leaders da ULI Portugal, promoveram uma visita ao Campo Novo, projeto cujo desenvolvimento contou com a participação da Norfin (SGOIC & Serviços), da FICOPE, da Reify. e da Saraiva + Associados.   Esta visita permitiu dar a conhecer a visão estratégica, o rigor técnico e o sentido de responsabilidade que sustentam o desenvolvimento de um projeto imobiliário de grande escala, caracterizado pela integração de múltiplos usos e por um contributo relevante para a valorização da envolvente urbana.   Muito obrigada a todos os que participaram na visita pela transparência com que partilharam o processo, os desafios e os resultados!   💬 On March 27th, the Young Leaders of ULI Portugal organised a visit to Campo Novo, a project whose development involved the participation of Norfin (SGOIC & Serviços), FICOPE, Reify., and Saraiva + Associados.   This visit highlights the strategic vision, technical precision, and sense of responsibility that drive the development of a large-scale real estate project with multiple uses and a significant contribution to the surrounding urban area.   Many thanks to everyone who participated in the visit for the transparency with which they shared the process, the challenges, and the results!   Thank you to our hosts and to the organising committee!
