DigiPlus has named finance veteran Mr. Ping Chen as its new President during the Board of Directors' Organizational Meeting following its Annual Stockholders' Meeting on Friday, May 29, 2026. Concurrently elected as a member of the Board of Directors, Mr. Chen will assume both executive and board responsibilities, effective immediately. The Philippines' biggest digital gaming company just did something most operators won't do even when regulators force them to. Actual operational disclosure: • Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions • Climate-risk assessments • Governance oversight structures • Responsible gaming controls • Sustainability reporting aligned with SASB, GRI and TCFD frameworks Most operators still treat ESG as a reporting obligation. DigiPlus is treating it as strategic infrastructure. Because once regulators begin benchmarking operators against disclosure maturity, the companies that moved early gain something difficult to replicate later: institutional trust.
