The Philippines' biggest digital gaming company just did something most operators won't do even when regulators force them to. DigiPlus Interactive Corp., the company behind BingoPlus and ArenaPlus, voluntarily released a full ESG baseline for 2025 before stricter SEC sustainability disclosure rules even take effect. Actual operational disclosure: • Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions • Climate-risk assessments • Governance oversight structures • Responsible gaming controls • Sustainability reporting aligned with SASB, GRI and TCFD frameworks Most operators still treat ESG as a reporting obligation.
