Optionally, once the user equipment determines that no data connection exists between the user equipment and the information push server, initiating the short-range wireless communication service of the user equipment by application software installed on the user equipment; the user using the user device may also initiate the short-range wireless communication service by triggering a control of the short-range wireless communication service, which is not specifically limited herein.
For example: the method comprises the steps that application software is pre-installed in user equipment, the application software has the capability of enabling the user equipment to serve as a Peripheral device in BLE, when it is determined that no data connection exists between the user equipment and an information push server, the short-range wireless communication service of the user equipment is automatically started, and the user equipment broadcasts identification information of the user equipment in a short-range wireless communication mode.
