Thank you for using the Open Commercial Media Ecosystem ("OCME") and the services and features we make available to you as part of the platform (collectively, the "Service").
By using or accessing the Service, you're agreeing to these terms and to the OCME governance framework, both of which may be updated from time to time (taken together, this "Agreement").
If you're using the Service for or on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing to this Agreement on behalf of that organization, and you represent and warrant that you can do so. References to "you", "your" and similar terms are construed accordingly in this Agreement. If you don't agree to all the terms in this Agreement, you may not use or access the Service.
When you upload content to OCME, you retain ownership. However, you grant us permission to use it in ways necessary to provide, improve, and promote our Service while maintaining your creator rights and revenue sharing.
You retain ownership rights in your Content. However, we do require you to grant certain rights to OCME and other users of the Service, as described below.
By providing content to the Service, you grant to OCME a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable license to use that content (including to reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works, display and perform it) in connection with the Service, including for the purpose of promoting and redistributing part or all of the Service.
The licenses granted by you continue for a commercially reasonable period of time after you remove or delete your content from the Service. You understand and agree, however, that OCME may retain, but not display, distribute, or perform, server copies of your content that have been removed or deleted.
You're responsible for the content you publish and upload to OCME. Please follow our content guidelines and upload rules, and don't do anything illegal with the Service.
You represent and warrant that you own all rights to your content or otherwise have (and will continue to have) all rights and permissions necessary to use, share, display, transfer and license your content via the Service. If we use your content in the ways described in this Agreement, you represent and warrant that such use will not infringe or violate the rights of any third party.
All content must comply with our Upload Rules and Guidelines. You understand and agree that your content is your responsibility, and you're solely responsible for compliance with any laws or regulations related to your content.
OCME operates under a transparent governance framework designed to ensure fairness, innovation, and community-driven decision making. All users participate in this ecosystem with shared responsibilities for maintaining platform integrity.
