Across 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆, 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹, organisations are continuing to invest in change, but expectations around outcomes are increasing. The conversation is shifting beyond delivery, with greater focus on how transformation is led, embedded, and sustained across the business. We are seeing increased pressure on leadership teams to balance immediate commercial priorities with longer term transformation goals, while maintaining alignment across functions and clarity of ownership. At the same time, capability gaps, competing priorities, and change fatigue are making consistent adoption more difficult. As a result, the gap between transformation intent and realised impact is becoming more visible.
