What an awesome night at the Migrants in Tech Auckland event last month. Our Business Manager, Paul Kelly, shared practical tips on crafting CVs and cover letters that stand out in the NZ market. With more than 150 people in the room, we loved the energy and audience engagement. One of Paul's key takeaways was to use AI as a tool, but don’t let it write your CV for you. He emphasised the importance of effective prompting, and the balance of quality vs quantity when engaging with AI. It was also great to hear the other speakers’ real-life stories of navigating the NZ tech scene as migrants. The sun came out in Auckland for the final Spirit to Cure event last Friday! Our team came together with Madison Recruitment, to run/walk 10kms around the Domain in support of an extremely worthy cause.
