Last Thursday, we hosted the Workwize Breakfast in Paris and it was a morning well spent. 🥐 A room full of IT professionals from scale-ups and large organisations, all navigating the same challenges: asset logistics, equipment lifecycle management, and the complexity of scaling IT operations globally. An organisation I know ran a HAM process maturity assessment against our HAM process kit on their Mac desktop estate. What they found was £2.5M in fraud.   The third party managing it had no idea. Can you trace a device from procurement to decommission without chasing 3 different spreadsheets and a third party who may or may not respond?   If not, the risk is already there, you just haven't found it yet.   You can kick responsibility over the fence.
