You will like this one. 🫶 Episode number 8 of 𝘜𝘯𝘱𝘭𝘶𝘨 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘜𝘴 features the amazing Enni Pidan, Director Talent Acquisition at McCain Foods and, as she describes herself, a citizen of the world. 🌍 Enni's story is inspiring, to say the least. She begins by reflecting on her childhood in Nigeria, describing it as “a front-row seat to the strength of a woman,” being raised by her mother, who juggled a career, ran multiple businesses, and was always present. From there, she takes us through her journey abroad - living in Norway, navigating a sudden career shift, and eventually building a new life in the Netherlands. When asked for a piece of advice, two main things came to mind: 🤍 Don't limit yourself — expand, be conscious of learning, unlearning, failing, and just see the possibilities out there. 🤍 Never underestimate the power and strength of networking — it can take you to places you couldn't even imagine. The Keen Hub in action. 😎👏 Yesterday morning, we kicked off our first training session, “A Pragmatic Approach to AI,” and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. 💛 Beyond welcoming our internal Talent Partners, we opened our doors to 30+ recruitment professionals from our community. Aligned with our 2025 theme, “Building our community, connected by our Hub,” we launched this space to connect, share, and learn valuable content in real time - leveraging our network of incredible talent experts. One of them being the amazing Alla Pavlova 艾菈, who led this session with energy, clarity, and a practical style. She shared smart tips on advanced prompts and spotlighted many of the AI tools that are out there but not spoken enough of. 🙏 A big thank you to Alla for the great insights, to everyone who joined, and to our dear Elsemieke for bringing this initiative to life. This is how it looks when you gather a great crowd in a great location. ☕️☀ Yesterday morning, we started bright and early with a Leadership Breakfast Session on the top floor of the Volkshotel. As the morning sun rays shone through the room, Kobi and Terry took the stage to discuss The HEINEKEN Company’s TA transformation journey. They specifically delved into the challenges around candidate experience, the pain points affecting the hiring process, and how these were addressed through data-driven solutions and a solid action plan. 𝗣𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝘇𝗲𝗿𝗼 was assessing Heineken’s TA Maturity Model.
