🌍 Earth Week at Refresco Poland – Event Summary 🌱 Starting effective April 22, we were celebrating Earth Week at Refresco Poland, joining global efforts to protect our planet. It was the special time full of enthusiasm, eco-friendly initiatives, and collective fun. Our activities: 📝 Green Poetry Each day, we shared a poster featuring a poem about Earth with one missing word. The task was to fill the gaps. On Friday, we combined all answers into one shared poem, and prizes went to those who completed the missing words the fastest! 🏆 🧪 Zero Waste Workshops – Do It Yourself! During the workshops, we created eco-friendly cleaning products and herbal teas. It was the great opportunity to learn practical solutions, which support the approach of taking care of our PLANET and sustainability. 💧 Water Drop Each day, we emphasized the water value, sharing tips how we can secure it. We know that water is the invaluable and we should ensure its availability for future generations. 📚 Refresco Bookcrossing As part of our eco-friendly initiatives, we launched the Refresco Bookcrossing at our plants in Kęty and Kozietuły. This simple initiative encourages sharing books: leave one you've already read and take something new to enjoy. It’s a beautiful way to give books a second life! ♻️ 📺 Webinar – Earth Week Wrap-Up The highlight of Earth Week was the webinar, which served as the perfect conclusion to our activities. We shared experiences and offered practical advice how to take care of the planet every day. It was another step in our ongoing commitment to promote and work on the sustainability. Thank you to everyone for active participating and pay more attention to our planet EARTH! 💚 Green Actions at Refresco Poland – It’s our common responsibility!  

We recently hosted our bi-annual Supplier Day event which builds bridges between Refresco and its key suppliers under an everchanging theme. This year's theme? "Building the Future"🚀🌍   Our suppliers travelled far and wide to meet in Rotterdam (the Netherlands), where we planned a two-day event to strengthen relationships and reinforce our strategic messaging to ensure we have a resilient, agile, and successful supply chain. 👏 Thank you to all who made the journey and participated in the event, as well as the organizing teams. Welcome to our site in Greer, South Carolina! 🏭 The Greer team is 120 employees strong and led by their plant manager, Jason Anderson. The plant powers 3 production lines, one for retail juices and juice cocktails while the remaining 2 lines specialize in energy/sport drinks⚡ In addition to running the daily business, they recently achieved 444 days without any recorded injury in 2024, which they celebrated with a cookout and custom jackets for all employees 👏👏 Another recent highlight was they transitioned to a product pick-up point of 3 customers and consolidated off-site warehousing crewing without doing a reduction. Meet Jagoda! 🤝 Jagoda is part of our Bridgwater Team at Refresco UK, having been with us for 14 years now and is currently one of two factory trainers at the plant. What does her role entail? 👉 Her main responsibility is making sure that everyone across the whole of the Bridgwater site is trained up to Refresco standards - a mega task! When asked what her favorite Refresco value is, Jagoda exclaims, "Entrepreneurial is definitely my favourite! Refresco Finland recently celebrated their first Great Place To Work® Finland certification! 🎉 In 2024, Refresco Finland was certified as a Great Place to Work for the first time (!) since we started the annual survey several years ago. To celebrate, our colleagues went out to the movies where all Refresco Finland employees plus their loved ones were invited. A wonderful celebration and a well done, once again, to the Refresco Finland team for this achievement. Cześć! 👋 We warmly welcome you to our plant in Kozietuły, Poland that's powered by 170 of our colleagues and led by their plant director, Paweł Ślusarek. The facility offers a myriad of capabilities in four production lines for a diverse range of beverages. Recently, Kozietuły has been busy improving their capabilities: 🏭 A new pasteurizer to maintain high quality for demanding products and formulas with optimal energy consumption. 🏭 Introduction of the new 0,5L product format, which was met with great interest and expanded the customer's product offering. 🏭 117 photovoltaic panels with a total capacity of 50 kWp were installed on the roof of the finished product warehouse. Installed in summer 2024, this allowed the plant to start using solar energy. ☀️ ...and much more! As Pawel summarizes: "All these changes are not only tangible successes, but also a testament to the commitment, determination and cooperation of the entire team. The changes make it possible to achieve greater efficiency and open up to new growth prospects.
