  • That’s a wrap on our first Giro d'Italia. This wasn't just our first Grand Tour as Netcompany INEOS Cycling Team. It was our first chance to step into the race itself. We were on the ground. Sat in on the early morning tactics meetings on the bus. Rode in the race cars. Participated in the post-stage debriefs. Watched the full machinery of a professional cycling team at its highest level. It's an extraordinary exercise in orchestration and exactly the kind of environment our PULSE platform was built for. We're coming home with new insights, a long list of initiatives to pursue, and genuine excitement for where this partnership is heading.

  • What does it take to make technology accessible? For Anagha Rajeev, the answer comes from experience. During COVID-19, she volunteered to teach children in rural India and saw how quickly people can be left behind when education moves online without access to devices or reliable internet. To her, responsible digitalisation means building technology that is accessible, purposeful, and designed around real people. Today, she brings that perspective into her work on IND, where Netcompany is building a new identification and registration system for the Dutch Immigration and Naturalisation Service. Her story is part of our series exploring what responsible digitalisation means in practice, through the perspectives of our people. Read Anagha’s story here: netcmpy.com/anagha

  • Fragmented legacy systems, manual processes and common issues such as address mismatches. For years, these made switching energy supplier feel more like a power outage than a seamless transition for Britain’s energy customers. When we joined forces with industry partners for the Faster Switching Programme, we didn't just flip a switch, we rewired the system. The result? A faster, more reliable experience that flows smoothly for customers, without compromising governance or security requirements. Critical national infrastructure remains protected. And customers finally get the seamless switching experience they deserve. Learn more here: https://netcmpy.com/DCC

  • Modernising a platform used by millions is much more than a technical upgrade. For Lê Đỗ Trọng and his team, it means improving the foundation behind everyday digital communication, while keeping the system stable for the people who depend on it. As Lead Software Engineer and local project lead in Vietnam, Trọng is driving the front-end transformation of a widely used communication platform. The work involves cleaning up an outdated codebase, moving to a modern framework, and releasing improvements step by step, so progress does not disrupt ongoing development. It is careful, practical work. Balancing client priorities, user needs, and long-term maintainability. This is how strong foundations are built. By making decisions that support the system today and make it easier to improve tomorrow. This is building what matters.

'Passengers want a boring railway.'  Boring as in predictable, reliable, and free from unnecessary disruption. That is how our Partner, Olivier Andre, describes the role our platform PULSE can play in the rail industry. When incidents happen, delays often grow because information sits across siloed systems. PULSE helps orchestrate that complexity. The platform receives incident data, supports the decision-making process, and feeds the right information back into the relevant expert systems in a modular way.   The result?  A stronger foundation for reducing thousands of delay minutes, improving operational flow, and supporting one of the rail industry’s most important priorities: passenger satisfaction.

  • It might be the 109th Giro d’Italia, but it is the first with Netcompany INEOS in the line-up. And as the riders roll out, so do the first steps of our partnership. We have built PULSE to power critical operations for some of Europe’s most complex organisations, combining AI, real-time data, and intelligent orchestration to enable better decisions, faster. Now, we bring that same capability to Netcompany INEOS. From training analytics and performance modelling to race-day strategy. A proud moment, and an exciting road ahead.

  • Today, we are pleased to share our quarterly report for Q1 2026. The quarter marked a new and exciting era for us. Our market-leading products and platforms, combined with embedded AI capabilities, have placed us in a unique market position, resulting in reported growth of more than 38%, of which 13% was organic. In particular, in the UK — the largest market for IT services in Europe — we saw strong demand for our offerings, resulting in more than 50% revenue growth compared to the same period last year. Our recently announced establishment of the Netcompany INEOS cycling team showcases our PULSE AI technology and supports our ambition to drive European digitalisation and competitiveness. We are excited for the rest of 2026.

  • What kind of digital solutions do we want our children to grow up with? For Siham Sidali, that question is personal. As a developer working with sensitive data, and as a mother seeing how early technology becomes part of everyday life, responsibility is something she feels in both roles. In her current project, building a new solution for schools and kindergartens in Norway, the impact is clear. The solution will support children, parents, and professionals every day. Siham shares her perspective on creating technology that’s not just functional, but safe, simple, and built for real life. This story is part of a series where we explore what responsible digitalisation means in practice – through the perspectives of our people. Read Siham’s story here: netcmpy.com/siham
