Alongside this, we have secured a follow-on capital raise to continue driving value creation for this platform. Today, we have exited our investment in Everrise, the leading premium grocery chain in East Malaysia, to Grab. It's been a wonderful journey to see the brand go from strength-to-strength with already 19 premium stores opened across Sarawak and Sabah and an expanded range of exclusive, unique products offered to consumers. Navis hosted its 15th Annual CFO conference in May, welcoming over 90 leaders from our portfolio companies and Navis' operations and investment teams to Bangkok. Over two action-filled days, participants had the opportunity to network, showcase best practices, and share actionable learnings. For the first time, we had a dedicated session for #ESG leaders to discuss this rapidly evolving space and share breakthrough innovations - for example, Zero Virgin Denim from SAITEX INTERNATIONAL DONG NAI (VN) Ltd. and Vegan Leather from ISA Next-Gen Materials. We also showcased the practical initiatives that Ambassador Education Group rolled out in their schools to enhance Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. #DEI The core agenda included panel discussions on balance sheet optimisation, driving performance improvement using digital tools, risk management, and exit preparation.   We ended the session by further exploring Navis portfolio collaboration, identifying new opportunities for cross-sell and operational synergy across our platform, and within specific industry verticals like healthcare and education.
