We’re proud to have successfully delivered a major chiller retrofit upgrade at Mines 2, driving meaningful energy efficiency improvements for one of the region’s key commercial assets. Strategically positioned under Top Properties Group, Mines 2 serves as a major hub for business activities and large-scale events at Confetti KL, where operational reliability and occupant comfort are critical. To support this, INTRIX engineered a high-efficiency chiller retrofit solution under our Zero CAPEX model, enabling the property to modernise its cooling infrastructure without upfront capital investment while advancing its long-term sustainability objectives. This ESG-driven upgrade is expected to deliver: • Up to 50% improvement in cooling energy efficiency • Up to 440 tons of CO₂ reduction annually (equivalent to approximately 20,000 trees planted) • Enhanced cooling resilience for mission-critical spaces Beyond energy savings, this project demonstrates how existing buildings can unlock significant efficiency gains through intelligent retrofit strategies, without major capital outlays.
