Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra review
Our verdict
The Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra starts at €1,539 for the 256GB Wi-Fi version, which may be only as high as an iPhone 18 Pro, but is quite a steep price for a laptop-like device nonetheless.
And that's what the Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra is - a laptop lookalike which does the same job most of the time, but cannot really offer the power of Windows or macOS when it really matters. Android, even with DeX, is, let's say, halfway there.
The Tab S12 Ultra has an outstanding build and an incredibly large, immersive display with great properties. The Dimensity 9500 chip is one of the best in this segment, and the tablet does not lack raw power.
We were also impressed with the battery life and the usability of the optional Pro Keyboard, which is pretty much a must-have. The S-Pen is quite useful, too.
The Tab S12 Ultra is the most versatile device we've tested lately. It can handle gaming, video editing, office multitasking, and streaming; you can draw, type, and use a touchpad if you'd like. It's a Swiss Army knife of sorts in tablet terms, and that is why we recommend trying it - just do not expect a Windows/macOS level of app compatibility.

It's a tough one. Samsung made a mistake when they positioned this product to label it as 'samsung fans only' with it's price. Because realistically speaking, my 32gb ram 1tb rom X elite 78-100 3K OLED vivobook was costing me 11...

MacBook is not a convertible, doesn't support styluses and doesn't support eSIM either (cellular connectivity). But at this price I see little appeal in an overpriced tablet.
