the best laptops got even better. For years my only reason to glaze windows laptops was OLED, i own an oled laptop myself but apple has closed that gap too.

Pricing is ludicrous but windows laptop pricing is just as bad if not far worse considering their speakers are a hit or miss half the time.

Having acres of land but still deciding to put the front camera in inside a display cutout. Apple things.

Apple can do a punch-hole on a laptop because it controls how the OS displays content.

If a Windows OEM (Lenovo, Dell, Asus, …) were to do the same thing they’ll have to extensively partner with Microsoft to add support for punch-hole cameras.

Android already did that a long tike ago by merging the punch-hole & status bar together.

          Windows will have to:
1- move the task bar to the top in order to merge easily with the punch-hole
2- Move app icons from the middle to the top left

So basically, the start menu icon will sit in the same place the Apple logo will typically sit in. But instead of having “File, Edit, View, etc…” you will just have app icons.
