Fairphone have issue of being.... just meh... its good phone but it feel like using cheapest Xiaomi after few months when it got bloated by cache and apps.
Hard to say if its hardware or software but for DAMN 600+ bucks you would expect more.

This headline was so exciting to read, and I went right to the fairphone website to buy one only to see there's no band 13 support 😞 the US definitely needs to lower its reliance on band 13, but until it does, that's going to seriously limit what myself and a lot of people here can buy

PatrickCzech, 18 Aug 2026Because they want you to buy their Bluetooth headphones.Yeah, shame they only go up to AAC with no LE. They need an updated version with LE and at least AptX Adaptive or HD.

Being officially available in the US is a major plus. There are people here that don't care about flagship specs that would love a phone that gets supported super long with easily repairable parts.
Good job Fairphone. Godspeed.

Considering how smartphones are getting pricier because of the RAM crisis, Fariphone 6+ doesn't seem to be that expensive compared to completion as before.

I mean, kinda nice to see them bump the chip a tiny bit and also boost the RAM respectably for 50€ more in this economy.
