    We’re excited to announce the appointment of Ranjit de Sousa as President of LHH, and a member of the Adecco Group Executive Committee. Ranjit brings more than 25 years of leadership experience, including 16 years with The Adecco Group. He also brings deep expertise in HR technology, data, and AI, with a strong track record of driving growth and innovation in talent solutions. He returns at a time of strong momentum for LHH. Today, we partner with organizations across the full talent lifecycle, from workforce strategy and recruitment, to development and career transition. Looking ahead, Ranjit will build on this foundation to further advance how we combine human expertise with AI, helping clients and candidates benefit from the full strength of the Adecco Group.
