Getting your dream Custom PC built is straightforward and fully guided by our team. Each step ensures clarity, transparency and quality from your first request to the moment your Custom PC arrives at your door.

Submit a Request

Fill out our Custom PC Request Form with your needs, goals, and budget. This gives our team everything required to begin designing a build that’s tailored specifically to your needs.

Invoice & Payment

We’ll send you a detailed invoice outlining your Custom build, parts list, and full cost breakdown. Once you're happy and payment is completed, your order moves into the build phase.

Build & Testing

Your PC is built by our expert team and then put through a strict in house testing and benchmarking process. This process can take up to 14 days to ensure your system performs at its absolute best.

Shipment

Once complete, your PC is securely packed using Instapak foam and shipped in discreet, reinforced packaging. We will then book a courier delivery to get the build to you safely.

Had a problem with my computer for about a week, would crash and wouldn't start back up properly. Would go straight to bios, would just stay black and not do anything, or would turn on normally just to crash again when I look at event viewer. Had this issue before a few months ago but it was because I needed an extra fuse box for my room to pull enough power for everything to be running. Issue stopped. Couldn't figure this one out. Live nearby so called these guys and Sean came to the house took a look at it and took it back to the shop, after the weekend they had the hardware issue solved and replaced the Thermal paste for free which I was really needing and really grateful for. Then Sean brought the PC back to my house, I don't drive so it saved me a lot of hassle. And my PC is back running just like new. Definitely going to get all my future business.

I highly recommend Sean. He is very professional and efficient. We are thankful and happy about the service he provided. We brought my son's laptop to Sean to fix the keyboard. My son needed a full keyboard functioning laptop and Sean offered to lend a laptop or external keyboard so he wouldn't miss his codelab session the next day. My son was surprised and could not get over Sean's kindness. My son kept on asking me "Mum why is he so nice to lend us a keyboard free of charge?". HIGHLY RECOMMEND. It was tough trying to find somebody I could trust to fix my high end Gaming Pc here in Dundalk, but Sean from I.T. Revamp was so very helpful. I had blue screens and windows wasn't installing for me and I had tried everything but couldn't get it working. I rang him in the morning and dropped it off straight away it was quick and easy. he had sent me many update texts to keep me informed as to what was wrong and what was going on, which was really reassuring. later on that day it was all fixed and good to go and I picked it up that night! Sean was a gentleman. Very kind and very efficient. My laptop was deadly slow and I couldn't get my head around it. I brought the PC on the Monday and by Friday was done. He was informing me of any issue step by step and he did not proceed unless he had the permission to do so. He also delivered the PC to my house free of charge. Which is fantastic. Local delivery is free. I cannot recommend the person enough. The job was professional , quick and to a high standard. Very happy 🙏

Brilliant service with the guys at IT Revamp! I was having issues with my PC where it wasn't clear what the problem was so I contacted IT Revamp via WhatsApp and Sean got back to me in the same day with suggestions on potential fixes before even suggesting that they have a look. After no joy, Sean collected my PC the next day and in the same day determined what was needed to fix it (a new motherboard) which he sourced and installed and I had my PC back within 4 days! Highly highly recommend getting in touch with IT Revamp for any of your IT needs!

All Custom PCs are built to order. Typical lead time is up to 14 days from purchase. We also offer a collection option, allowing you to pick up your system once it’s ready and reduce waiting time.

Are your Custom PCs tested before shipping?

Yes every Custom PC goes through extensive testing, including benchmarking, stability testing, burn-in testing, and strict quality assurance checks before shipping.

What warranty comes with a Custom PC?

All Custom PCs include a 2 year parts and labour warranty. We’re actively working on additional warranty options to provide even more flexibility in the future.

How is my PC packaged and shipped safely?

Custom PCs are securely packaged in discreet boxes and protected with InstaPak foam, ensuring they arrive in the same condition they left our workshop.
