Some journeys are about more than reaching a destination – they bring people, places and passions together. 🏆 For the Professional Football League’s final match in Córdoba (Argentina), La Caja de Ahorro y Seguro accompanied the Cup on its journey from Buenos Aires, highlighting how sport keeps people moving, brings communities together and creates moments of shared belonging through active lifestyle. This is how we bring our purpose to life in local communities – because wherever passion moves people, we are there to protect what matters. #LifetimePartner #HereNow

We’re proud that Generali and Banca Generali have been included in the Europe’s Climate Leaders 2026 ranking, compiled by Statista in collaboration with the Financial Times. For us, this recognition reflects the work underway across our insurance, investment and operational activities to support a just transition towards a net-zero economy. Our Climate Transition Plan sets out the path – with clear commitments, governance and 2030 interim targets – as we continue working to contribute to a more sustainable and resilient future. Recognition matters, but what matters most is continuing to deliver tangible contribution to a green and just transition. 🔗Discover more: https://lnkd.in/d_BEijce #Generali4Sustainability #DrivingExcellence #NetZero

What does Europe look like through the eyes of its younger generations? On the occasion of Europe Day, Generali was proud to support “Dream for Europe”, an initiative that brought nearly 2,000 students from 96 classes across Europe together to share their hopes and visions for the continent – from climate and security to work and technological change. At the award ceremony in Rome, institutional and corporate voices came together with students and educators to reflect on what Europe means today, and what it could become tomorrow. Three winning classes were recognised, and to support them beyond the ceremony, Generali contributed 30 computers to the winning schools. The 15 finalist works are now on display at Esperienza Europa – David Sassoli, hosted in our historic premises in Piazza Venezia, where their visions become part of a wider public dialogue. Because Europe’s future is already taking shape – through the voices, ideas and engagement of tomorrow’s citizens. #DreamForEurope #EuropeDay

In times of uncertainty, leadership is often defined not by visibility, but by consistency, dialogue, and the ability to build trust over time. In this month’s Bollettino Newsletter, we reflect on this idea through the first year of Pope Leo XIV’s pontificate: a year marked by repeated calls for peace, a focus on unity, and a long-term approach to institutional leadership. Drawing on Generali’s Bollettino interview with Father James Martin, the article explores how moral leadership can take shape in a polarized global context. The future does not happen by itself – it is shaped by people with curiosity, ambition and the courage to think differently. That is why Jump into the Future! was created: to empower Next Generations to expand their capabilities, connect across the Group and contribute to the strategic challenges shaping tomorrow. The second edition concluded in Milan with a strategic hackathon, bringing together 35 Jumpers from 14 countries. Building on the learning journey developed throughout the program – from strategic thinking to digital innovation and generative AI – our Jumpers turned ideas into action, working in cross-functional and cross-cultural teams on future-focused challenges linked to Customer Excellence and our Lifetime Partner 27 strategy. Their insights were presented to Senior Leaders attending the event, fostering open dialogue and fresh perspectives. Not a finale, but the beginning of what’s next – powered by energy, curiosity and ambition of our Jumpers. Congratulations to all! #JumpIntoTheFuture #LifetimePartner27 #DrivingExcellence #NextGenTalents

Climate change is reshaping risk, and with it, the role of insurance. Today we’re announcing a Europe-wide collaboration with the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts - ECMWF to strengthen the use of quality-assured climate information for greater climate risk resilience. Together, we’ll combine the advanced data and expertise of the Copernicus Climate Change Service (C3S) and Copernicus Atmosphere Monitoring Service (CAMS), which are implemented by ECMWF on behalf of the European Commission, with the Generali Group Climate Hub insurance technical expertise to help reduce the protection gap. The collaboration will focus on three areas: supporting improved understanding of climate-related risks and its drivers, exchanging perspectives on use cases and decision contexts in the insurance sector, and supporting evidence-based communication using quality-assured datasets. A shared effort to turn climate insights into systemic resilience – for communities, businesses and society. Read more: https://lnkd.in/ddbPVcxH #Generali4Sustainability #ClimateResilience
