AI Game Day brought together 100+ colleagues across 18 cross-functional squads to solve real-world business challenges through hands-on application of GenAI tools. The day was driven by rapid problem-solving, diverse thinking and practical experimentation, with one team demonstrating an impressive ~15x productivity improvement through AI-led approaches. Small acts of kindness often create the biggest impact ❤️ As part of a recent community engagement initiative, our colleagues came together to spend time with children at a shelter home in Delhi supporting their everyday and educational needs through meaningful engagement and support. From storytelling and conversations to shared laughter and moments of togetherness, the visit was a reminder of the importance of showing up for communities in ways that go beyond contribution alone. Alongside the engagement, our colleagues came together to support essential supplies for children’s daily and educational needs. The conversations at NASSCOM GCC Summit 2026 made one thing clear: the GCC story is no longer about scale alone. We’re hearing less: “How many people do you have?” And more: “What do you own?” One of the highlights was a highly engaging keynote by Sonal Tivarekar on “Owning the Core: Product & Platform Leadership from India.” The session saw a packed ballroom of 100+ delegates and strong audience interaction throughout. A perspective from Sonal that captured the shift well: “Ownership is not assigned through capability alone. It is earned through trust, context, execution and the ability to influence enterprise decisions.” A few learnings that stood out: • Capability is table stakes. Ownership is the differentiator. • The new value conversation is about outcomes, not output — platforms, decisions and customer impact. • If we cannot measure value, we cannot scale trust. Scorecards must shift to track influence and outcomes. • Decision velocity, autonomy and end-to-end ownership are becoming critical differentiators. At NAB, the shift resonates strongly with how we are evolving, which is moving from scale and execution to customer impact and innovation outcomes from India. There was also strong recognition of India’s growing role in shaping enterprise transformation globally, not just supporting it.
