How can you build a strong small business team?
Small teams can do wonders in delivering exceptionally high results as it brings faster communication, low/no hierarchies thus leads to quick decision making and great results. Jeff Bezos instituted a rule: Every internal team should be small enough that it can be fed with two pizzas. How many pizzas do you order :)

How can you develop a relationship-focused mindset in your business?
As part of communication it’s important to discuss and communicate on what happens when things go wrong (like transition to another vendor incase service contracts) Generally, ppl are scared to talk about it but its important to do hard talk initially instead of doing it when something wrong has actually happened.

How do you share goals with your team?
Deep discussions while setting up goals get huge amount of commitment, also in the process both the sides gets larger perspective of logic behind a target or goal. One sided goals leads to under performance of the team. Leaders who sets target 🎯 with his team and give them free hand to achieve them tend to have low attrition rates .
