Doing an event of this size and scale on a Tuesday, in middle of #Navratri when people are on fast and to add to it - it was a rainy day! And for me, this one was personal. Not only did we pull off a high-stakes event it was also my first big stage presence at an event of this scale. From "this-can’t-be-done" to "how-did-we-even-pull-this-off?" — we lived every scene. Witnessing 900+ attendee's at 6:30am queuing even though it wasn't an #iphone17 launch was a special moment. Having #25+ sponsor's to come together showcasing the power of ecosystem. We spent a full day at B2B World Summit 2026 talking about AI, GEO, dark funnels, agentic search, and the death of the click. And somehow, this sixty-year-old line said it all. Because here's what every conversation kept coming back to. Underneath the tools, the tech, and the transformation: B2B Marketing has always been, and will always be, human to human. AI is here. It is changing discovery, content, and the buying journey. But the person at the end of that journey? Still a person. In B2B, it’s a committee rather. Definitely not a data point. Good panels give you one thing to think about. This one gave me ten. - Discovery has changed. Content hasn't lost its job. LLMs do not send people to your website anymore. They summarise you, describe you, judge you, without a single click. GEO is the new SEO and getting in early is the whole move right now. - The dark funnel is darker than ever. Your buyer has already decided long before they fill a form. A Reddit thread, a LinkedIn post, a voice prompt. That is where trust gets built or quietly lost. The real question is who speaks for you when you are not in the room. - Human to human is back. The more AI floods content, the bigger the empathy gap grows. Marketers have to be the ones who close it. Turn customers into advocates. Measure the length of the relationship, not just the revenue at the end of it. - AI is a force multiplier. Not a shortcut. Better conversations, smarter offers, data at scale. All of it is possible, but only with clean data, the right context, and real governance. Caution here is not a weakness. It is a strategy. - The basics? Completely untouched. Live with your product. Make campaigns from the heart. Ogilvy did not need an algorithm. He just needed to respect the person he was talking to. Sixty years later, that is still the whole game. Super grateful to share the stage with ROCH FERREIRA, Nikhil Mehrotra, Anoop Bharadwaj, Bhaskar Madapura more was said on the panel than any linkedin post can hold. To fellow speakers in the corridors, thank you for bringing decades of real experience. And to RP Singh, Saikat Das Mohanty, Akankasha Singh, thank you for building a summit where honest conversations actually happen. #B2BWorldSummit #B2BMarketing #FutureOfContent #GEO #AIMarketing #DarkFunnel #ContentStrategy #B2BContent #BrandBuilding

Nikhil Mehrotra liked thisNikhil Mehrotra liked thisWhere is B2B marketing headed in the age of AI. That was the question 200+ marketing leaders from some of India's most respected B2B brands were trying to answer at Chancery Pavilion, Bangalore, last Friday. The day had two distinct energies running in parallel. One half of the room was leaning into AI hard. The other was asking whether trust and brand still matter when algorithms are making decisions. Honestly, you need both to survive in today's AI-first world. I got a chance to run a masterclass on #GEO, Generative Engine Optimization, the hottest topic in marketing right now, focused on B2B enterprises. My conversation focussed on three gaps that are missed by most enterprise marketing leaders when it comes to optimising visibility on AI: ~ The benchmarking blindspot. ~ The vanity metrics trap. ~ The narrative drift problem. The conversation at the sidelines of the event revolved around questions like: where does my brand actually show up when a buyer asks an AI for recommendations in my category? Where are we on the GEO maturity curve? What do we tell the board when they ask about AI discoverability? Is this a future problem or a now problem? My take: It's a Friday afternoon problem. Not 2027. Now. To the Kreativ Street team: Ragini Rai Ankit S. Pranali Jain Mohit Setiya Gaurav Dabral Rajnish Kumar Mishra: none of this was possible without you. The prep, the stall, the energy on the day. Proud of what we built together. And to the Semrush team - Sandeepa Roy Shruthi M Somya Kaur Rehan Ceren Civaner: thank you for showing up as true partners. The platform intelligence you bring to GEO is what lets us go beyond conversation and actually show brands where they stand, and what to do about it. To the wonderful speakers with whom I got a chance to share the stage Dr. Harsh Chopra Sanjay Chaudhary Bidisha Nagaraj Pallavi Pandey Giridhar Gorur Anshul Kaushesh Jyoti Makhija Suraj Atreya Kartik Murugan Tushar Bansode Adarsh Pete Shashwat Ghosh Hari Prasad N Naveen Malhotra Monalisa Sahoo Bhadresh Dani ROCH FERREIRA Nikhil Mehrotra Bhaskar Madapura Anoop Bharadwaj Vani Aggarwal And finally, cheers to RP Singh Saikat Das Mohanty and the team for putting together a room worth being in. Nikhil Mehrotra reacted on thisNikhil Mehrotra reacted on thisToday’s announcement at #NVIDIAGTC marks a definitive shift in the enterprise AI landscape for Nutanix customers. We’ve watched the OpenClaw phenomenon prove that agentic AI has moved beyond research labs into the real world. The question facing every leadership team today isn’t if they will deploy agents, but how fast they can do so without breaking their security or their budget. #NutanixAgenticAI is our answer. We are giving you the blueprint to turn siloed AI experiments into a high-scale AI factory. ✅Speed to Innovation for developers We’re removing the friction that kills momentum. Through the Nutanix Kubernetes Platform, your teams get immediate access to a curated catalog of agentic frameworks and LLMs. With our new AI Gateway, they can bridge the gap between cloud-hosted and private models instantly, building sophisticated agents in days, not months. ✅Unified operations for infrastructure teams AI shouldn't be a special project that requires its own island of management. We’re enabling you to run your AI workloads using the same cloud operating model you’ve trusted for years. You can now deliver GPU resources at the speed of the business while maintaining absolute control. ✅Economics of scale for CISOs We are fundamentally redefining AI economics. By treating AI resources as a centralized, shared pool rather than fragmented silos, we maximize GPU utilization and drastically lower your cost-per-token. We’re making AI a sustainable part of your P&L, not a runaway expense. ✅Trust by design for security teams Innovation at the cost of security is a non-starter. Our architecture integrates MCP server support and enterprise-grade isolation, ensuring that as your agents interact with sensitive data, they remain firmly within your governance perimeter. THE MATH OF GIVING FEEDBACK For days, my daughter waited to get feedback on her speech at a recent competition so that she could better understand what the panel of judges felt about her performance. And finally, it came – all the three judges had given their comments. For kids of her age, the comments were positive and encouraging, so I thought she would be happy. But she wasn’t – “How will these comments help me when they are not telling me what to improve? They are all just saying good things!” She had in her mind “feedback sandwich” which involves placing constructive criticism between two slices of positive feedback with the aim to soften the blow of negative feedback. I dwelled on this a bit and realized couple of things: 1. M: The Mode of feedback delivery matters (verbal vs written) 2. A: The Aim of feedback and intent of the individual giving it must be clear 3. T: The feedback must be Timely so that improvement / change can be done quickly 4. H: The feedback must be Honest, and it should include both negative and positive comments as applicable In the case of the feedback my daughter received, as regards (1), the judges didn’t have any option but to give written feedback. They could have used the feedback sandwich method or listed the positive / negative separately and clearly. On (2), the judges were finally volunteers and given they did provide the feedback, I have no doubts that they had the right intent. On (3), the feedback came after much delay, and it lost a bit of context by that time. On (4), it only provided positive feedback, and it seemed almost sugar coated, especially when my daughter knew there were areas of improvement. In a corporate scenario, many managers fall into the trap of giving feedback only during the annual performance cycles. This works against the principle of timeliness of the feedback and dilutes the aim of the feedback which is to result in change in behavior or attention. For me, feedback should be provided continuously, honestly, and verbally, and it shouldn’t follow the sandwich method which has many drawbacks including diluting the impact of constructive criticism making it less effective. Let’s do the MATH! #leadership #feedback

“Can you turn this around today?” “Sorry, this just came up, need it live ASAP.” “Quick one, can you take a look now?” Welcome to the urgency trap. A world where every request is 'business critical', and every deadline is 'yesterday'. Everything is urgent. But how much of it is actually important? This week’s Bang Average article tackles this urgency culture head-on: Why it happens, how it screws us, and what to do about it. Read it here: https://lnkd.in/e826n6Vm

⏩ 🏃🏻♀️ On a call today with a colleague, we were talking about quick wins. There is no doubt that quick wins help build momentum, gain stakeholder confidence and validate strategies. This holds true especially for marketing wherein we have multiple stakeholders, handle parallel projects and navigate consistently changing priorities. Some areas I have tried out are: 🔥Re-purposing high performing content ✅Optimizing subject lines or A/B testing emailers ➗Segmenting lists smartly for relevant content promotion ✍🏻Embedding links strategically in blogs to boost website metrics 💪Creating crisper, easy content pieces like guides, checklists etc. 🙏Collaborating with happy customers to create success stories / testimonials 🤩Reaching out to and selling more to existing customers 📊Using LinkedIn polls to boost ICP engagement and quality 🚀Running campaigns on target accounts on a limited budget to get initial interests/ traction Have you tried any marketing quick wins that have given you good results and helped set the stage for more? #quickwins #b2bmarketing #content #campaigns

AI adoption in Indian industry is not hitting the speeds we expected. Why? Because you cannot build a 21st-century AI strategy on a foundation of dark data and cloud hesitancy. In a recent conversation with NDTV Profit, during the India AI Summit, Arundhati Bhattacharya identifies the two biggest hurdles: trust and proven ROI. Her advice is almost surgical. Stop trying to boil the ocean. Identify one high-value use case, scale it fast, and fix your data hygiene. Innovation guided by smart guardrails and powered by structured data shapes a future that is both transformative and responsible. 🏗️💡A single rack rental in a traditional colo brings in ~₹12 lakh a year. 🚀The same rack, once abstracted into on-demand cloud instances, pulls ₹2 crore. 🤯 20x. Same steel, same silicon, wildly different returns. HOW❓ A layer of Virtualization, making your racks - Cloud Computing Ready.✅ Most data center companies see themselves as advanced real estate: space, power, cooling, connectivity. But add just one layer—Virtualization—and the ROI rockets. The global virtualization market is set to soar, projected to grow from USD 7 billion today to USD 40 billion by 2030. In India, the virtual machine market alone will reach USD 2 billion within the same timeframe. 💡Today customers are increasingly looking beyond traditional infrastructure leasing—they need agility, efficiency, instant provisioning, and scalability features such as: ✅ Compute and Virtual Machines ✅ Kubernetes (Container Orchestration) ✅ Disaster Recovery (DR) ✅ Object Storage ✅ Database-as-a-Service (DBaaS) ✅ Backup-as-a-Service ✅ Managed Security Services 🔑 Innovation is no longer optional—it's essential. Customers actively seek providers who continuously innovate, providing cutting-edge solutions. Without innovation, the risk of losing customers to more agile competitors increase. 🇮🇳 Xloud Technologies: Your Made-in-India Advantage XLOUD empowers your data center with a seamlessly integrated, Cloud Computing-ready platform. This enables you to effortlessly deliver advanced cloud services, significantly boosting ROI, enhancing customer satisfaction, and establishing a competitive advantage. 🤝Want the blueprint?
