    This platform leverages talent intelligence to enable instant shortlisting of candidates at the precise moment a hiring demand is raised. By integrating advanced analytics and automation, the system ensures a rapid and efficient response to recruitment needs, minimising time-to-hire and streamlining the selection process.

    Working on flat head count by fulfilling internally and reducing hiring which is helping in improving the cost and addition ER due to offshoring . Main Objective is to keep the head count flat, by rotating peoples for attrition and implementing rotation process based on up scale to reduce senior hiring and fulfill T&M demands, Implementation of Rotation and churn for global bench, success rate of bench management is @55% due to law restriction in different countries, working with global HR to…

    Promoted to Lead Central Europe / GDC India Staffing, Led an 72% increase in exempt hiring from 2021 to 22. While decrease in cost per hire by 17% in addition decreasing time to recruit by 19% for
    2021-22 2. Saved 12% from annual budget by reducing vendor cost, trimming team size based on demands, using sourcing tools (Sniper-AI) for active capacity building.

    Designed and implemented competency building for L1,L2,L3 for timely Rotation and attrition fulfillment.
    Got exposure to Niche Skill Hiring across global in Infra practice and achieved 1000 net additions for FY 2015. Identified Competency GAP ,planned for skill gap analysis, planned training for fast moving skills and niche skills which in turn helped in fast fulfillment for L2, L3 requirements cutting hiring.
