But beyond the feature, what matters most is the journey behind it. This journey was never built alone. The event featured 19 speakers across keynote, panels, and three parallel technical tracks, with several speakers contributing across multiple sessions and roles throughout the day. The keynote session by Dhaval Nagar set a clear and practical direction for the day. Two panel discussions brought valuable perspectives: The Cloud Captains Panel with Jiya Thakkar, Tejasvi Shekhat, Hardik Bandhiya 🥑, and Nilesh Vaghela focused on building and scaling student-led communities. The Women in Tech Panel with Jiya Thakkar, Dimple Vaghela, Omshree Butani, and Dr. Abhilasha Rakesh Vyas shared grounded insights on navigating careers in a rapidly evolving tech landscape. The breakout tracks were led by an experienced group of speakers including Shashank Chinchli, Het Dave, Pruthviraj Dodiya, Omshree Butani, Bhargavi Dave ☁️ , Jaymitkumar Bhoraniya, Ashwin Raiyani, Jatin Goel, Abhishek Joshi, Nirmal Chhodvadiya, Keval Hingu, Priyal Jadav, Manthan Tripathi, Jiya Thakkar, Manan Goradiya, and Nisarg Shah, covering domains across AI, DevOps, Cloud Architecture, and Security. Beyond sessions, the event enabled meaningful networking, active discussions, and strong peer-to-peer interaction across tracks, booths, and informal spaces. We extend our sincere gratitude to all speakers and panelists for sharing their time and experience, to the AWS Cloud Club CHARUSAT core team and volunteer team for executing the event seamlessly, and to our respected faculty members and dignitaries for their continuous support and trust. Trying to understand what’s next. Back then, we were known as 𝗔𝗪𝗦 𝗖𝗹𝗼𝘂𝗱 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯 𝗥𝗧𝗠𝗦𝗦𝗨. We learned. We experimented. We grew. But growth has a way of asking bigger questions. And one day… we realized 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗲𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲. Watching tutorials doesn’t build confidence. Notes don’t build projects. And theory… doesn’t build builders. I got the opportunity to contribute as a Resource Person at “ADINET-CEPT Quarterly Seminar on Artificial Intelligence in Academic Libraries: From Discovery to Research Support” at CEPT University. The seminar was attended by the library professionals from various institutes across Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar. The session covered the following topics 1. Core topic about AI like AI, ML, LLM, RAG, Vector database, Prompt Template 2. Workflow of RAG-based AI chatbot (frontend and backend) including RAG pipeline (like uploading - chunking - embedding - store in vector database) 3. Showing live workflow on n8n (backend and frontend) also how vector databases store in vector database (Qdrant) 4. Demonstration on Sentiment Analysis Automation Workflow, which can give positive, negative or neutral based on the user feedback, in this I have used reasoning model to understand the context also store in google sheet and mysql database also in case of negative feedback it send an email to responsible authority to take quick action to improve the service. That’s where AI creates real impact. Not just answers, but actions. Tech stack used in demonstration are: 1. n8n - for workflow automation 2. Qdrant - for vector database 3.
