    Tuesday's session at Gradient M wasn’t just a presentation skills workshop it was a deep dive into the art of executive presence, confident communication, and impactful storytelling. Prompting isn't just a skill for developers. It's a core business competency now. Gartner's ReFLECT framework breaks it down well: Task and Context are non-negotiables. Example and Format separate average outputs from genuinely useful ones. We've seen this play out with Copilot rollouts. Teams get access. Usage stays low.
