How to use in-person signing with Dropbox Sign

In-person signing is available on Standard and Premium plans.
With in-person signing, you can set up a template on an iPad or tablet so a client or customer can sign the form in person with their finger.
Note: In-person signing is intended for single-signer documents only. If you need more than one signer per document, send the request through the web app.
How to use in-person signing
- Log in to app.sign.dropbox.com.
- Follow the steps to create a template link.
- Select Templates on the left sidebar.
- Click My Templates on the dropdown menu.
- Click All under Templates.
- Click the name of your new template.
- Click the “v” (arrow icon) next to Ways to sign.
- Toggle the In-person signing switch to On.
- Check the box next to Turn on in-person signing and click Save.
- Click the link under In-person signing.
- The signer can type in their email address and click Sign.
- You will receive an email with instructions to set up in-person signing.
Note: An internet connection is required to use in-person signing.
