Why can’t I share with people outside my team?

This article is for team members on Dropbox Standard, Advanced, Business, Business Plus, and Enterprise. If you’re an admin on a Dropbox team and you’d like to allow or limit sharing outside your team, learn how to manage sharing settings for your team.
The admin of your Dropbox team determines how team members can share files and folders with people outside the team. If you find you aren’t able to invite non-team members to a shared folder or you can't share links to files and folders with non-team members, your admin probably doesn't allow it.
Contact your admin about what sharing is allowed on your team.
