Is Dropbox Sign legally binding?

In addition, with each signature request, we provide a comprehensive transaction trail, or audit trail, between signing parties that shows who/which email account(s) received a request, and when each signer signed. The audit trail will include a time-stamp and IP address every time the document is viewed and signed for each party.
