How to connect your accounts
Learn how to get notified in Slack for new Sign signature requests.
- Choose your Sign account from the list of accounts, or connect a new account.
- Choose your Slack account from the list of accounts, or connect a new account.
- Type a channel to broadcast the message to, via the Slackbot. You may select your own or someone else’s username instead of a channel. This will send the message directly to this user instead of a channel broadcast. Then, type the message text that you wish sent whenever a new mention has been found. Sign fields can be inserted as part of this message.
- Click Save + Finish.
Now test the Zap to make sure it works. Once you’re satisfied with the results, your new signature requests in Sign will automatically send a slack message to the recipient you designated.
Note: You can change the Sign and Slack integration by going to your Zapier dashboard.
