How to add your Tax ID in Dropbox DocSend

Overview 

Depending on your location, you may need to pay taxes such as VAT on your monthly or annual DocSend subscription. If need be, you can add your VAT or Tax ID (EIN) number to your DocSend account at any time.
 

How to add VAT/TAX ID

As the account Owner, you can add your VAT/Tax ID as follows:

1. Go to your Billing page
2. Click Add Tax ID
3. Paste your Tax ID into the Tax ID text box. 

To update, click Update tax id or Delete tax id. 

If you experience any problems adding your Tax ID, please contact our support team.
 

Things to consider

• Learn about VAT rates for each country here. 
• Your Tax ID will populate on your DocSend invoice under the Bill to section.
