Yes. It starts once per Guildvane account when you connect your first server with the bot, needs no card, and can't be restarted.

Per account. One subscription covers every server you connect to your Guildvane account, and the plan's limits (ticket panels, self-role panels, active polls and giveaways, saved replies) are shared across them. Each server keeps its own settings.

Yes — that's how it works. Connect as many servers as you manage; for example 50 ticket panels on Pro can be 20 on one server and 30 on another.

Yes. A cancelled subscription stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to Free.

Paid features stay on for a 7-day grace period while you update your payment method. After that your account moves to Free — again, without deleting anything.

By card through Paddle (renews monthly until you cancel; VAT or sales tax may be added depending on your country) or in USDT through NOWPayments (one month per payment, no automatic renewal).

Card payments can be refunded in full within 14 days — the first payment and every renewal. Crypto payments are final; a duplicate payment becomes extra time instead. Details are in the Refund Policy.
