What topics would you like to see covered in a short screencast tutorial?

Hi everyone,

My company (Metal Toad Media) is making time available for me to work on short screencast tutorials for various audiences. You can see examples on our YouTube page. I thought I'd check in and see if anyone has any burning topics that you would like to see covered. The goal is to be short and informative, so something that could be covered in 5-10 minutes.

What do you do regularly as admins and content editors that you either A) would like to understand better or B) wish you'd been able to have someone show you when you first started.

On our website we have a block with different "Quick Links" content on every page. Others might find this useful because it took some time to figure out how to take a field on a content type and display it as a block.

We've used CCK Block module to accomplish this functionality http://drupal.org/project/cck_blocks.
(Note #1. I see a note on the module page saying Display Suite does this better.)
(Note #2. We are not using Panels so this module was necessary)

In any event, it wouldn't be a hard screencast to do. Let me know if I can help.
