Guidelines and documentation

These tasks generally pertain to the creation and management of the Drupal learning programs:

• Finalize Proposal for the Drupal Open Learning Initiative
• Finalize Sponsorship Packages for the Drupal Open Learning Initiative
• Identify program sponsors and stakeholders - it's critical to determine who will value this program, their expectations, what is important to them, and define how they'll benefit.
• Create a framework for a sustainable program - an organization, leadership, decision making, and incentive structure will ensure program has the resources to make it stable and sustainable.
• Establish program goals, guidelines, and policies
• Define program roles, responsibilities, and benefits
• Establish process for open collaborative development
• Create guidelines on how to scope out projects and tasks
• Production guidelines for live sessions and lessons
• Production guidelines for educational videos
