增加新的配置项 channel_types, 用以同时配置多个channel; 为了兼容以前的代码，同时也保留了以前的channel_type, 远行时会合并，重复会去掉。

逻辑变化: 对所有channel都会 PluginManager().load_plugins()，之前只有指定的一些（不知道是不是所有），都会load plugin.
