Steps to reproduce the bug

When I go to the menu on the left side, the History section is below the Settings section. On my second TV, the order has the settings at the bottom. I this issue persisted across a few different versions, and I cannot find any way to reorder these sections.

I have tried hiding the settings section and enabling it again and this did not work. I have tried hiding the history section as well and this did not work.

Expected behavior: the "settings" section should be at the bottom of the side menu.
