Describe the solution you'd like

It would be great if notes could have a "publicly accessible, but hidden from view" mode, where the reader would have to know the URL of the note in order to see it.

• The author of the note would see it as they would any other in their main feed
• Other authenticated users of the app could view it by searching, but it would not otherwise appear
• Anonymous users could view it if they knew the URL.

Similar to an unlisted YouTube video.
