5 seconds was causing problems on some SparkFun networks
Remove commands that do not need to be exposed in the CLI.
No longer needed with BLE command channel.

The following commands where added to the CLI:
Get and set (when not read only) as well as list support for these commands as added. An error is now displayed if set is used on a read only setting (ie, $SPSET,bluetoothId,,ERROR,Setting is read only*28)
The following actions where added to the CLI:
These allow a device to be updated and reset.
