This PR contains the following commits:

  • Breakout common routines dumpBuffer and reportFatalError
  • Rename example User_Parser to User_Parser_Test
  • Break out parsers in the examples
  • Don't pass the zero termination to the parser
  • Add routine headers
  • Unicore Hash: Remove routine declaration for non-implemented function
  • Reorder the parser routines
  • Move the parser specific routines into the corresponding parser
  • Reorder the parse routines
